- Review the total amount to repay, all fees and the payment schedule before accepting.
- Read the product disclosure and formal agreement in full.
- Ask questions if a term, fee or payment channel is unclear.
Keep your information and payments safe
- Use only the official application and payment channels published by the company.
- Do not send repayment to an employee’s personal bank account or e-wallet.
- Never disclose your password, OTP or complete card details through email, social media or an ordinary contact form.
- Keep copies of agreements and payment receipts.
